The one (1) verified Winner of this Contest will receive one (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one (1) guest age 18 or
older to Audacy’s We Can Survive, consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare between a major commercial
airport near the Winner’s home (as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator) and a major
commercial airport near Newark, New Jersey, as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator
departing on September 25, 2025 and returning on September 27, 2025; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations
(one (1) room, standard double occupancy) at a Newark area hotel checking in on September 25, 2025 and checking
out on September 27, 2025; (iii) two (2) tickets to see Audacy’s We Can Survive at Prudential Center, 25 Lafayette St,
Newark, NJ 07102, on September 26, 2025; (iv) and two (2) passes to a backstage meet and greet experience on
