valid from July 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015 and is only open to legal residents of the United States who require the use of a wheelchair for mobility.
The winner will receive a new VMI wheelchair ramp conversion to be installed on a new or customer-supplied used (“used” is defined as having more than 3,000 miles) Honda, Toyota, Chrysler or Dodge minivan.
