One (1) Grand Prize is being offered of a 4-day/3-night Luxury Included® vacation for two (2) adults and two (2) children (age of 15 or under) to any of the three Beaches Resorts located in Jamaica or Turks & Caicos provided by Unique Vacations, Ltd. These Beaches Resorts include:
Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa – Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
Beaches Negril Resort & Spa – Negril, Jamaica
Beaches Ocho Rios Resort & Golf Club – Ocho Rios, Jamaica
The Grand Prize includes three (3) nights’ accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children (age of 15 or under) at any Beaches Resorts in Jamaica or Turks & Caicos (single room, double occupancy). The Grand Prize all-inclusive resort package will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport. Telephone calls, internet, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining including character breakfasts and themed birthday parties, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops are not included. Airfare is not provided by Unique Vacations, Ltd. Grand Prize will be fulfilled as a certificate redeemable by filling in requested information and mailing back to the address indicated. Winner will then be provided with a prize certificate outlining the terms of the prize and redemption procedures. Prize must be redeemed for travel within one year from the promotion end date (December 11, 2012 – December 11, 2013) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the prize has expired.
If winner is unable to redeem package within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Hotel accommodations subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Confirmation of travel dates will only be provided 30 days prior to the departure date A processing fee of $25.00 per room, per night double occupancy will apply to each prize and must be paid by either credit card or check and is to be made upon receiving hotel confirmation, or the reservation will be canceled. Beaches Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prizewinner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within our chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates. Winner must obey local laws in regard to lodging restrictions. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, transportation to/from a major air gateway in the United States, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner’s companion must be eighteen (18) years old as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. The two adults must be eighteen (18) years or older and the two children must be fifteen (15) years old or younger. Winner’s companions must execute a liability/publicity releases prior to travel. Winner and companions are solely responsible for obtaining documents necessary for international travel, (i.e. passports, if applicable). Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,000.
