Open to legal U.S. residents who reside in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable or Insight Communications and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI and 18 years of age or older.

One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to attend the 2012 MTV Video Music awards on September 6, 2012 in Los Angeles, CA, from September 4, 2012 through September 7th, 2012. Trip includes:
 – roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles;
 – standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy] for four (4) days and three (3) nights,
 – two (2) A tickets to the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards;
 – access to Sponsor-specified events at the MTV Video Music Awards and
 – one (1) year of the best available Digital TV service and Broadband Internet [plus equipment – HD DVR Box and Cable Modem (as determined by the entrant’s state/region).
 The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $6,100 depending on the winner’s residence.

Two (2) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive a tablet device. The ARV of each First Prize is $500.00.

Five (5) Second Prizes are available: Each Second Prize winner will receive MTV Video Music Awards Prize Pack. The ARV of each Second Prize is $100.00.
