One (1) winner will receive:

 – Four (4) tickets to attend the Hot Chelle Rae concert, scheduled to take place in Anaheim, CA on August 13, 2011 (“Concert”);
 – Four (4) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest winner’s hometown to an Anaheim-area airport (as determined by Sponsor). If the winner lives within One Hundred (100) miles of Anaheim, CA, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation;
 – Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, two rooms, double occupancy) in or around Anaheim, CA; and
 – Ground transportation to and from the Concert, hotel and airport.
 Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00
