Six Flags presents the Snickers Hungry for Frights Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who, as of the entry date, are (a) legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Sweepstakes Territory”), (b) at least sixteen (16) years old, and (c) who live within a 100 mile radius from one or more of the following locations (as determined by Sponsor): Six Flags St. Louis (Eureka, MO), Six Flags Great Adventure(Jackson, NJ), , Six Flags Over Georgia (Austell, GA), Six Flags Fiesta Texas(San Antonio, TX), Six Flags Over Texas (Arlington, TX), Six Flags America (Bowie/Mitchellville, MA),and Frontier City (Oklahoma City, OK)(collectively, the “Participating Parks”).
Prize:
Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, in this Sweepstakes, one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of and is limited to only the following: (i) two (2) single-day admission tickets to one of the Participating Parks(valid for the Six Flags 2020operating season; subject to all park rules and regulations; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $169.00); (ii) one (1) one-day parking pass to one of the Participating Parks(valid for the Six Flags 2020 operating season; ARV:$25.00);(iii) one (1) THE FLASH Pass Gold for two (2) guests (valid for Six Flags 2020operating season; ARV:$200.00); (iv) one (1) customized souvenir tombstone; tombstone will be delivered to winner on or about November 22, 2020(ARV:$100); (v) one (1) digital daily photo pass (valid for Six Flags 2020 operating
season)(ARV:$30.00); (vi) two (2) Six Flags Season Passes to any domestic Six Flags theme park valid for use during the 2021operating season (ARV:$559.98); and (vii)assortment of SNICKERS® Brand candy (ARV:$50) ARV of the prize in the Sweepstakes is estimated to be one thousand one hundred thirty three dollars and ninety eight cents ($1,133.98).
