MONTHLY PRIZES :
Three (3) Autographed Armour 1/24 Die-Cast Cars, ARV: $50 each;
three (3) Gas Gift Cards to be designated by Sponsor, ARV: $33 each;
three (3) Race Apparel Gift Packs (exact apparel items and sizes to be designated by Sponsor), ARV: $25 each;
three (3) Auto Parts Store Gift Certificates to be designated by Sponsor, ARV: $25 each;
seven (7) Richard Childress Racing (“RCR”) Store Gift Certificates, ARV: $15 each;
seven (7) Race Team Hats to be designated by Sponsor, ARV: $9 each; and
seven (7) Race Team T-Shirts to be designated by Sponsor, ARV: $7.50 each.
FIVE (5) FINALIST PRIZES: Each Finalist Prize is a 4 day/3 night trip for Finalist Prize Winner (hereinafter, “Finalist Prize Winner”) and one (1) guest (hereinafter, “Guest”) departing on Thursday, October 10, 2013 and returning on Sunday, October 13, 2013 to attend the Dollar General 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series Race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC consisting of round-trip coach air transportation for the Finalist Prize Winner and Guest between major commercial airport nearest Finalist Prize Winner’s permanent residence and Charlotte Douglas International Airport, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room including all applicable taxes and surcharges, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in Charlotte, NC, two (2) Weekend Reserved Seating tickets at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC between Friday, October 11, 2013 and Sunday, October 13, 2013 (subject to all venue rules and regulations, exact seating to be determined by Sponsor), and $250 spending money (hereinafter, “Finalist Trip”), race apparel to be designated by Sponsor valued up to $150, and the opportunity to participate in the “Finalist Key Event” as defined below for a chance to win the Grand Prize. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is $2,150.
FINALIST KEY EVENT: All five (5) Finalist Prize Winners will be given the opportunity to participate in the Finalist Key Event to be held on either Thursday, October 10, 2013 or Friday, October 11, 2013 at a time designated by Sponsor during the Finalist Trip for the chance to win a 2013 model year Chevrolet base model Camaro SS customized and used by Sponsor during the 2013 Race Series
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of one (1) 2013 model year Chevrolet base model Camaro SS customized and used by Sponsor during the 2013 Race Series and an upgrade to VIP Access at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC for the race weekend between Friday, October 11, 2013 and Sunday, October 13, 2013. The ARV of the Grand Prize at the time of prize award will be based on the Kelly Blue Book value for the 2013 model year Chevrolet base model Camaro SS used by Sponsor during the 2013 Race Series, in consideration of its mileage and condition at the time of prize award, which is estimated at up to $30,000. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all car title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer prep, upgrades, emissions inspection, additional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, Prize Vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the Prize Vehicle. The interior and exterior color of the Prize Vehicle will be determined by Sponsor. All additional Prize Vehicle options will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver’s license to take delivery and must take delivery on date designated by Sponsor
