You must have an Instagram account and follow Sponsor’s handle @Pepsi on Instagram.com/pepsi to participate via Instagram. If you do not have an Instagram account, one can be opened for free by visiting http://instagram.com and following the appropriate link to download the free Instagram application. To become a follower of @Pepsi, visit Instagram.com/pepsi and choose to follow. Additionally, your Instagram setting must be set to “unprotected” and “public” in order for your Entry to be viewable by Sponsor and its agents and to be contacted by Sponsor or its agents if you are selected as a winner. You must be a registered user of Twitter and follow Sponsor’s handle @Pepsi on twitter.com/pepsi to participate via Twitter. PRIZE DETAILS: Ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded each consisting of a special edition 3-pack of 7.5-ounce cans of PEEPS® Flavored Pepsi®. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $10.00. Three thousand one hundred sixty (3,160) First Prizes will be awarded each consisting of three (3) 7.5-ounce cans of PEEPS® Flavored Pepsi® and one (1) five-pack PEEPS® package. ARV of each First Prize is $2.50. Winner must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited. Total ARV of all prizes is $8,000.00.
