Prize: (1 winner) Round-trip economy-class airfare to Los Angeles for one winner and one guest from the major airport nearest Winner’s residence; a two-night stay at a local-area hotel (in one room); admission for one winner and one guest to enter the 2012 EIF Revlon Run/Walk VIP celebrity tent where the grand prize winner and her guest will meet the event hosts, receive personalized makeovers and a basket of Revlon makeup. The winner and their guest will receive ground transportation from their primary residence to the closest major airport and to the hotel/resort. Travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and any other prize component subject to availability and chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Certain blackout periods and other restrictions may apply. The grand prize must be redeemed on 5/12/12. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. Each Winner’s Guest must complete, sign, and return the Publicity Waiver (where legal) and Release Forms prior to travel, or the Guest cannot accompany the Winner. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. Arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Winner and Guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary. Once scheduled, the itinerary cannot be altered. In the event the 2012 EIF Revlon Run/Walk is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the Winner. Actual value of prize may vary based on timing and point of departure. Winner is responsible for all taxes and all other expenses not included in the prize package, including, without limitation, parking, meals, room service, souvenirs, phone calls, incidentals, tips, and other personal expenses.
