PRIZE; ODDS OF WINNING: The prize of this promotion consists of the following:
 ONE (1) winner will receive a trip to the “Gearbox Community Day conference (the
 “Conference”) (which is scheduled to take place on June 11, 2011 in Dallas, Texas,
 U.S.A.; visit http://www.gearboxsoftware.com/communityday/ to learn more about the
 Conference) for himself/herself and a guest companion of his/her choice, which will
 include:
 (a) two (2) admission tickets to the Launch Event and Party
 (b) two (2) round-trip coach class airfares from the nearest International Airport
 to the winners home to the event and back. NVIDIA will make and pay for
 these arrangements.
 (c) two (2) night room and tax accommodations for one room at the event
