Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night Luxury Included family vacation for two adults and up to children (age of 15 or under) to a Beaches Resort location of winner’s choice in either Turks & Caicos or Jamaica, and $2,000.00 for room processing fees and for spending money (awarded in the form of a check made out to Grand Prize winner). (ARV up to $12,000). Actual ARV may vary based on place of origin and airfare fluctuation. Trip includes round trip air travel from the major airport closest to winner’s residence to destination; transfers between airport and winner’s residence (up to 100 miles each way), and between airport and destination hotel; deluxe accommodation (for two adults and two children); all meals; unlimited premium brand beverages; daily & nightly entertainment; all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers) and snorkeling. Grand Prize winner will work with Sponsor’s travel agency to plan the trip itinerary. Travel must be completed by 12/31/11. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. A room processing fee of $25.00 per night will apply Payment by either credit card or check is to be made upon receiving hotel confirmation, or the reservation will be canceled. Additional expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. If Grand Prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses. If Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified and booked, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another Grand Prize winner may be chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates, prizes or prize components once they are in the Grand Prize winner’s possession. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any picture identification requirements associated with travel are the Grand Prize winner’s and companion’s sole responsibility. Winner and companions must travel together on the same travel itinerary and on dates agreed upon, and all arrangements at the resorts will be for Grand Prize winner and companions. Flight details are subject to space availability, and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Third party groups used during trip – travel agents, guides, car rental companies, hotels, or others – may also have their own terms of use which may apply. All arrangements regarding travel will be made at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/5/11 from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by postal mail and/or email at the address provided during registration on or about 1/12/11.
Grand Prize winner (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence) will be required to sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release, and will have to supply their Social Security number for tax purposes. Additionally, winner’s travel companions will be required to sign a Travel Companion Release, as well as a Minor Travel Companion Release for each child (which must be completed by the child’s parent/legal guardian, who must accompany child on trip). The documents will need to be notarized and returned by date specified in notification letter or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected.
