PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: one (1) grand prize will be awarded,
consisting of one place for each of the Contest winner (the “Winner”) and one guest (“Guest”) on a G
Adventures Explore Cape Town and Kruger National Park Tour (trip code: DSCNG) (the “Eligible
Tour”). Winner and Guest will also be awarded flights valued up to a maximum of $1,200CAD per
person, to be booked from the major international airport closest to the Winner’s residence, subject solely
to G Adventures’ discretion (the tour and flights, collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Land and airfare must
be booked before November 15, 2019 and depart before July 31, 2020. Total Maximum ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000 CAD / $7,500 USD
