Microsoft’s “CHILDREN OF BODOM RELENTLESS LONDON SWEEPSTAKES
PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for Winner and one (1) guest to the Children of Bodom concert in London, England, on April 9, 2011. The prize includes:
• round trip coach airfare for winner and one guest from a major airport nearest the winner’s home to London, England;
• two (2) nights’/three (3) days’ hotel accommodation (one room/double occupancy);
• ground transportation in London,
• two (2) tickets to the Children of Bodom concert and an opportunity to meet members of Children of Bodom subject to availability and band’s discretion),
• one (1) ESP LTD Alexi Scythe 600 Guitar,
• two (2) ZERO/Children of Bodom skate decks signed by Children of Bodom,
• two (2) Children of Bodom hooded sweatshirts,
• two (2) Children of Bodom T-shirts,
• two (2) Relentless Reckless Forever by Children of Bodom CD’s and
• $400 spending money for the Winner only.
The trip must be taken April 7 – 10, 2011. If the winner is unable to travel on designated dates, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received provided sufficient time remains prior to prize event. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is: $4,832. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is based on estimated airfare as of February, 2011. Actual value may vary based on point of departure and/or airfare fluctuations and any difference between the stated approximate value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via phone/overnight mail and will be required to sign, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within five (5) days of date printed on prize notification or prize may be forfeited. Failure to provide all required information and signature(s) on the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, or return of prize notification as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of rights to be declared a prize winner and/or receive prize. Upon receipt and verification of Grand Prize winner affidavit, the winner will be notified via phone regarding the specific travel details of the prize. Telephone calls, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel/personal expenses and all other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel destinations, routes, and hotel selection at its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age and also sign a Liability Release and a Publicity Release prior to ticketing of travel. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. passport) required for travel. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and all other costs not specifically outlined in these rules are the responsibility solely of the winner. The Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in January, 2012 for the actual value of the prize. The Grand Prize winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize. Prize cannot be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes or is unavailable for any reason. If the Children of Bodom concert is cancelled after travel is has commenced or delayed beyond the winner’s scheduled stay in London, no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof, but the remainder of the prize will be awarded. No additional compensation shall be provided to winner if the meet and greet portion of the prize cannot be awarded. Trip prize (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, refunded, or redeemed for cash and cannot be rescheduled to dates not with the trip period set forth above.
One (1) First Prize: One First Prize will consist of one (1) Children of Bodom Prize Pack that includes:
• one (1) ESP LTD Alexi Scythe 600 Guitar,
• one (1) ZERO/Children of Bodom skate deck signed by Children of Bodom,
• one (1) Children of Bodom hooded sweatshirt,
• one (1) Children of Bodom T-shirt,
• one (1) Relentless Reckless Forever by Children of Bodom CD.
