Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500 Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive: (i) two (2) tickets to the Wilson Philips concert at Embarcadero Marina Park South in San Diego, California on August 18, 2012; (ii) two (2) round trip coach-class airline tickets from the major airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to San Diego, California (one (1) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) for Grand Prize Winner’s accompanying eligible companion); (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy; room and room tax only) in the vicinity of the concert; (iv) one $250 Loehmann’s Gift Card; and (v) spending money in the form of a $500 Visa gift card to be used towards the trip to San Diego (e.g., for ground transportation and meals) (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500;
