1. Via Live Nation App Download (“Download”) on iOS device: Download 2.0.1 version of the Live Nation App
(“App”) to iOS device from the iTunes App store
or Download 1.5.1 or newer version of App to Android device from the Android Marketplace Follow instructions to
successfully install and open the App. Messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for rates.
Wireless service not available in all areas. If you are a minor under the law of your jurisdiction of residence,
you must have permission of your parent or guardian to download the App enter the Sweepstakes.
2. Via App Update (“Update”) for iOS Users (“User”): iOS User who already owns earlier version of App should
go to the iTunes app store and Update to App 2.0.1, and open the App.
3. Via App Communication: iOS Users who installed 2.0 or later version and all Android Users who installed Live
Nation App prior to 10:00 AM PT on December 26, 2013 will receive a message via their app inbox with entry
instructions. User must follow the instructions that will take user to entry page. User will be required to enter
a valid email address and click enter for successful entry.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of One (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2014 National Pass (the
“Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live
Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The
Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2014. Total value of tickets not to exceed $1500.00. Pass
holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address.
Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during December 2014 events. This pass is not eligible for
December 31, 2014 events. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the Pass holder’s name. Winner must be present
to pick up tickets; photo ID and Pass will be required.
Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is: Fifteen Hundred Dollars and No Cents
($1,500.00).
