Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to New York, New York. Trip will include: roundtrip coach class commercial air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major U.S. airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion) to and from a major U.S. airport in or near New York, New York; 2-nights’ hotel accommodations at a hotel in or near New York, NY (standard room/double occupancy/room and tax only) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to and from NY Airport and Hotel; dinner for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a restaurant in New York, NY (excluding alcohol) (subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion); ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from Hotel to and from the Screening Event; and two pre-screening tickets to the Screening Event scheduled for November 17, 2011. (ARV $4,200)

 Actual retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize may vary depending on the point of departure, fare fluctuation for flights, and Hotel.

 All details of Prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize (or Prize element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winners. Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Grand Prize Winner for the total ARV of Prize for the tax year in which Prize was won. The difference between the ERV and the ARV will not be awarded. It is anticipated that travel will occur tentatively between November 16, 2011 through November 18, 2011 (subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date and return date, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or passport) prior to departure. Failure to secure the necessary travel documents will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize and time permitting; an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible Entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

 Sponsor will determine travel, Hotel, and restaurant arrangements in its sole discretion. Sponsor will determine exact travel dates in its sole discretion. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the elements set forth above. No other travel elements (including, without limitation, ground transportation, insurance, gasoline, meals (except as listed above), gratuities, and souvenirs) are included in Prizes. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel during the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize will be forfeited and time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If Grand Prize Winner’s residence is within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of New York, New York, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute train or ground transportation for airfare and that shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. All taxes and fees assessed at the time of ticketing are the responsibility of Winners. Tickets are non-refundable. Reservations are subject to availability and selected blackout dates. Tickets are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets will be issued only to Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner Guest. Tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any tax liability (including applicable departure taxes or fees, including baggage fees), inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. All travel will be at the risk of Winner and Guest. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates. All elements of Prizes must be redeemed at the same time. In the event of an act of God or an unforeseen, uncontrollable event, Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule all travel for a later date. If Grand Prize Winner chooses to take Trip with no Guest, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest may be required to execute and return a release of liability and, where legal, a publicity release (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Guest portion of the Prize will be forfeited. Guest of Grand Prize Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Atlanta: (199 winners) Two pre-screening tickets to attend the Screening Event scheduled to take place in Atlanta, GA
Chicago: (353 winners) Two pre-screening tickets to attend the Screening Event scheduled to take place in Chicago, IL

 All expenses not expressly stated in the First Prize description above, including but not limited to, transportation, meals, incidentals, lodging, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Transportation not included. First Prize Winners will be notified with instructions on how to pick up their prize. First Prize Winners will be required to show photo identification in order to receive tickets. Please note that arriving after the notified arrival time could nullify the reservation. A confirmed ticket from Sponsor does not guarantee entry. Seating is subject to availability and Sponsor’s (or its designee’s) sole discretion. Sponsor (or designee) reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the First Prize winner and/or his or her guest who engages in a disorderly or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Screening Event (all as determined by Sponsor or designee in their sole and absolute discretion). Sponsor is not responsible if the Screening Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Guests of First Prize Winners must be sixteen (16) years of age or older.
