GRANDPRIZE: There will be three (3) Grand Prizes(“Grand Prize”) awarded, consisting of a
seven (7) night/ eight (8) day trip(Sunday to Sunday) for Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and one (1) Guest (“Guest”) to The Biggest Loser Resort (“Resort”) in [insert location] (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following, each awarded as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion:
Round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport near or in [insert location]; luxury accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for seven (7) nights at Resort; ground
transportation for two (2) from[insertlocation]; and access toResort facilities and programs as
designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion, meals and nutrition/fitness programs. All Grand Prize
details are subject to change and shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The
approximate retail value (“ARV”) of three (3) Grand Prizesissix thousand dollars ($6,000) each.
MONTHLY PRIZES: Each Monthly Winner (twenty (20) per Monthly Entry Period) will receive the official Biggest Loser Cookbook, “The Biggest Loser Cookbook: More Than 125 Healthy Delicious Recipes Adapted from NBC’s Hit Show”. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of an individual Monthly Prize is twenty one dollars and ninety five cents ($21.95). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Monthly Prize comprising all twenty (20), is four hundred and thirty nine dollars ($439).
