 The Submission must be in English and may not exceed 250 words;

 Limit:
 Nominators may submit unique Submissions during the Promotion
 Period. Nominators can only have five (5) unique Submissions that
 are accepted included in the contest. Each Nominee may only accept
 one (1) nomination.

 Limit: You may vote for as many unique Submissions each day as you choose. Regardless of the number of votes cast, you will only receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Voting Period.

 Entries from one (1) Weekly Entry Period do not carry over to subsequent Weekly Entry

 The highest-scoring Submission based on the following criteria
 (“Judging Criteria”) will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner:
 • Inspirational Value of the Submission (33%);
 • Quality of Submission (33%); and
 • Submission adequately describes why Nominee has a “Heart of
 Gold” (34%)

 Prizes:
 a) Contest:
 ONE (1) NOMINEE GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of approximately one (1) ounce of gold or cash equivalent awarded as a check based on the value of gold as of February 21, 2013. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,700.

 ONE (1) NOMINATOR GRAND PRIZE: A $500 check (ARV: $500).

 b) Sweepstakes: A TOTAL OF SIX (6) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): Winner’s choice of a gift basket of GoldToe socks for men, women, or children. Contents of the basket will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $51.60.
