Visit a participating Gilly Hicks store during regular business hours of any Entry Period to obtain an entry card with the entry keyword, while supplies last, or visit the US ecommerce website, www.GillyHicks.com, to find an eligible entry keyword. NOT ALL STORES WILL PARTICIPATE. See Section 15 for a list of Gilly Hicks retail store locations NOT distributing entry keywords for the Sweepstakes.

Enter via Email without text messaging: Send an email to GillyHicks@cellit.net with any keyword you have received in-store or at the US ecommerce websitewww.GillyHicks.com in the subject line. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period Sweepstakes drawing. You may email any keyword during any Entry Period throughout the entire Promotion Period, as outlined in Section 3 above. If you email a valid keyword outside of the times listed for the Promotion Period, your entry is invalid and will not be honored. You will be notified via email message if you are a potential winner of the Sweepstakes.
LIMIT: All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Each entrant may enter one (1) time per Entry Period through either method.

Prizes:
TWELVE (12) GRAND PRIZES (two (2) awarded for each of the six (6) Entry Periods): A trip for two (2) to the greater area surrounding Chicago, IL. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) people from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the greater area surrounding Chicago, IL; one (1) night accommodations at a hotel near the greater area surrounding Chicago, IL determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; ground transportation to and from hotel and the Gilly Hicks store at Woodfield Mall located near Chicago in Schaumburg, IL; three (3) meals for winner and designated companion; seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) spending money; a visit to the Gilly Hicks store at Woodfield Mall located near Chicago in Schaumburg, IL and two (2) minutes time within the store where winner only (not companion too) may grab whatever items they can in the time allotted with no assistance from anyone else or by making use of any sort of receptacle (e.g. bag, bin, etc.), and winner will be allowed to keep those items they grabbed, and were able to hold onto when the time is up, for free, up to a maximum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) worth of merchandise. Winner (and companion) must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Trip to the Gilly Hicks store at Woodfield Mall located near Chicago in Schaumburg, IL must occur as follows or prize will be forfeited: (a) for winners of Entry Periods one (1), two (2), and three (3) on August 24, 2013 with arrival into the greater area surrounding Chicago, IL to occur the evening before on August 23, 2013 and departure to occur same day after the visit to the store, on August 24, 2013; (b) for winners of Entry Periods four (4), five (5), and six (6) on September 28, 2013 with arrival into the greater area surrounding Chicago, IL to occur the evening before on September 27, 2013 and departure to occur same day after the visit to the store, on September 28, 2013.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,079.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $48,948.
