PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded consisting of the following: one (1) trip to New York City, NY, for winner and one (1) guest. Trip consists of:
 • round-trip, coach-class air travel from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence to New York City, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion);
 • accommodations for Winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) days/two (2) nights at a hotel in New York City, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion);
 • two (2) tickets to attend the May 22, 2011 taping of the season finale of the NBC television show Celebrity Apprentice;
 • ground transportation to and from New York area airport and hotel; and
 • ground transportation to and from hotel and Taping.

 WINNER AND GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO DEPART ON OR ABOUT MAY 21, 2011 AND RETURN ON OR ABOUT MAY 23, 2011, OR ON OTHER DATES AND TIMES AS DETERMINED BY SPONSORS IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, OR WINNER MAY BE DISQUALIFIED AND AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER MAY BE SELECTED FROM THE REMAINING ELIGIBLE ENTRIES. The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is two thousand six hundred dollars ($2,600).
