(1) Complete the Contest registration form by entering the following information: your name, address (P.O. boxes not accepted), telephone number (with area code), alternate telephone number, if any (with area code), e-mail address; and date of birth. You must also indicate that you have read and accept the Official Rules for this Contest; and

(2) Submit an essay of no more than Two Thousand (2,000) characters (the “Essay”) explaining how you mother has delivered for you.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person/e-mail address during the Entry Period.

The Essays will be judged by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The panel will judge the Essays using the following judging criteria: (i) originality (33 1/3%); (ii) the inspirational attitude exhibited by the entrant in the Essay (33 1/3%); and (iii) entrant’s creativity in expressing himself/herself (33 1/3%). In the event of a tie, the potential winner will be the person with the highest creativity score.

Five Grand Prizes: A check in the amount of $10,000.00 made payable to each of five (5) Contest winners selected by Sponsor as described above plus a cash award to cover the estimated cost of federal taxes.
