One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize is a trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to Las Vegas, Nevada. Specifically, the Grand Prize consists of:
(i) round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner’s residence to an airport in or near Las Vegas, Nevada;
(ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy);
(iii) $100 USD in spending money each day (for a total of three (3) days); and
(iv) two (2) tickets to a Cirque du Soleil Show in Las Vegas of the winner’s choice.

The winner will choose from a list of select shows available during their travel dates. Only the winner will receive the $100 USD stipend, per day. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $2,500. Winner is responsible for all transportation to and from the major U.S. airport gateway and his/her residence and to and from the airport in or near Las Vegas, Nevada and the hotel in Las Vegas, including but not limited to any costs associated therewith. The winner of this Grand Prize and his/her travel companion must travel within one (1) year of signing the Affirmation. Winner must give Sponsor at least 21 days advance notice that he/she intends to travel. If the potential winner cannot travel within one (1) year of the date of the Affirmation, then he/she may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected as a potential winner via a random drawing, if time permits. All travel arrangements must be made by Sponsor or its agent. Winner may arrange travel with Sponsor’s agent in advance and winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Exact travel times and arrangements are subject to availability and blackout periods. In the event that any portion of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to award an alternative or substitute for all or a portion of the Grand Prize.

In the event the Grand Prize winner does not want to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, he or she may opt to instead receive a cash prize of $2,500
