The four (4) Weekly Prize Winners will be selected in weekly random drawings starting on December 2, 2009, December 9, 2009, December 16, 2009, and December 23, 2009, from among all eligible entries received by 5:00 p.m. ET

Prize: (A) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) cash (awarded in the form of a check). Total value of Grand Prize: $25,000.

(B) Weekly Prizes: Four (4) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive a select assortment of tools provided by Stanley Tools (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities). (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $200). Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $800.
