Disney Movie Rewards Monsters University Sweepstakes
1 GRAND PRIZE: 1 grand prize winner will receive a 5 day/4 night vacation package for 6 people to Walt Disney World® Resort (“Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip will include:
– roundtrip coach/economy class airfare for the grand prize winner and up to 5 travel companions between the major commercial airport closest to the grand prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Orlando International Airport (if the grand prize winner lives within 150 miles of Orlando, Florida airfare and roundtrip airport ground transfers will not be provided);
– roundtrip airport ground transfers in Orlando, Florida;
– accommodations for 4 nights in a Family Suite at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, subject to availability (or, if unavailable, an available suite or villa at another hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort®, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
– 6 5-Day Magic Your Way® Tickets with Park Hopper®;
– a personal Disney VIP Tour Guide for one day at the Walt Disney World® Resort (up to 8 consecutive hours); and
– 1 USD $650 Disney Store Bonus Shopping Card.
The ARV of the Grand Prize Trip is USD $9,726.78/ CAD $10,004. Flights will be issued as 1 Delta Vacations trip certificate valued at up to USD $2,400. The Grand Prize Trip may only be awarded to a winner 18 years or older. In the event the selected potential grand prize winner is a Minor, the Grand Prize Trip will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian. Travel companions must be 18 or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, unless: (a) such Minor travel companion is the child or legal ward of the grand prize winner; or (b) such Minor travel companion is accompanied by their parent/legal guardian. All grand prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor’s authorized designee. All travel must be booked prior to departure. Grand prize winner and his/her travel companions will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date and return date. If the grand prize winner elects to travel or partake in the grand prize with fewer travel companions than allowed for or no travel companions, no additional compensation will be awarded to the grand prize winner. Delta Vacations® will provide air transportation via Delta® Air Lines from any city in the U.S. 50 or Canada. Travel is permitted on DL designated flights operated by Delta Air Lines®, KLM®, Compass®, Pinnacle®, KLM City Hopper®, ASA®, Freedom®, Comair®, SkyWest®, Chautauqua®, or Shuttle America®. Travel via other DL designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The grand prize winner and travel companions shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights from their residence to airport. The Grand Prize Trip will be scheduled to be taken at mutually agreeable dates between the grand prize winner and the Sponsor, however the Grand Prize Winner must book Grand Prize Trip by June 3, 2014 and complete travel by June 30, 2014. Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2013: December 19 – 31; 2014: March 10 – 31. Not valid with previously purchased trips. Travel must be roundtrip. Reservations must be made through Sponsor or its agent and tickets issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified. Delta Vacations® must issue all travel documentation. All passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations®. Any unused portion of the Trip Certificates will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. If booking exceeds Trip Certificate value of up to US $2,400, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking.
