PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A
three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and
one (1) Guest (“Guest”) to either New York, NY OR Los Angeles, CA (to be determined
solely at Sponsor’s discretion) between December 7, 2013 to December 9, 2013,
consisting of the following elements: [1] Round trip economy class airfare for two on a
Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near
Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence (“Airport of Origin”) and a Sponsor-selected
airport nearest New York, NY OR Los Angeles, CA (“City”); [2] Round trip
transportation to/from the airport and hotel in the City; [3] $500 cash allowance awarded
as a check in the Grand Prize Winner’s name [4] two (2) nights hotel accommodations at
Muse Times Square (or similar) in New York OR SLS at Beverly Hills in Los Angeles (or
similar); [5] Red carpet ready makeover at a local salon including a choice of one (1)
women’s hair blow-out and makeup application or men’s hot shave and manicure for
Grand Prize Winner and Guest in New York or Los Angeles; [6] two (2) tickets for Grand
Prize Winner and Guest to attend the American Hustle premiere and after party with
round trip luxury sedan transportation to/from the premiere (“Premiere”) (collectively
“Prize”). The ARV of all of the components of the Prize except for the round trip
economy class airfare for two and the cash allowance is USD $2,645 for New York OR
USD $2,660 for Los Angeles. The ARV for the round trip economy class airfare for two is
USD $1,470 for New York or Los Angeles, which will vary depending upon points of
departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. The value
of the cash allowance is USD $500. The total ARV of the Prize is USD $4,615 for New
York OR USD $4,630 for Los Angeles
