PRIZE(S): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and (1) guest to Hollywood, California to
attend the premiere screening of the motion picture Moms’ Night Out on April 29, 2014 at the TCL Chinese Theatre (the
“Premiere”). The trip includes round trip coach airfare for winner and (1) guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s
residence to the major airport nearest Hollywood, CA (as determined by the Trip Provider), two (2) nights standard hotel
accommodations (single room/double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Premiere (seats determined by the Ticket Provider), two
(2) tickets to the Premiere’s After Party, and a two hundred dollar ($200.00) cash gift card (the “Promotional Card”) to cover
