Prize: 1 GRAND PRIZE: A trip for 2 on Natural Habitat Adventures Classic Polar Bear Adventure to Churchill, Canada. Prize includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from a major airport near winner’s home to Winnipeg, Canada; 2 nights’ hotel accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy) in Winnipeg; round trip, coach-class air transportation for 2 from Winnipeg, Canada to Churchill, Canada; 4 nights’ hotel accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy) in Churchill; ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; $500 spending money; and all meals provided by Natural Habitat Adventures (“NHA”) as outlined in tour description (tour description available for viewing at http://www.nathab.com/north/classic-polar-bear) (except either lunch or dinner on your final day at Churchill). Winner must travel on the available dates in October or November 2013, provided by the Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. Trip must be booked at least 21 days prior to departure. All travelers must travel on the same itinerary. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner’s guest must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. If winner’s guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), he or she must be at least 12 years old, winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian, and winner must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor as applicable. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. All participants must sign the terms & conditions and booking forms provided by Natural Habitat Adventures (NHA) upon booking their trip. Winner will be contacted by NHA and must communicate directly with NHA to ascertain availability and reserve the trip. Trip is subject to availability, due to limited group size for the Polar Bear trip and blackout dates. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges are the sole responsibility of winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $13,490.
