One (1) “Napa Trip Prize” will be awarded. The Napa Trip Prize winner will receive a 2‐night/3‐day trip for winner and one guest to Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars in Napa, California. Trip includes round‐trip air transportation to/from gateway airport nearest winner’s home to Oakland, California, accommodations at the Fay Cottage situated next to the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars iconic vineyards (single room/double occupancy) in Napa Valley, California for two nights, VIP tour of the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars single vineyard Cabernets‐SLV, Fay and Cask 23 and a private gourmet picnic lunch for two on the grounds of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. Winner must make arrangements for travel within eight (8) weeks of notification that s/he is the selected winner and travel must occur at least 30 days after being booked. Winner must commence the trip no later than September 1, 2012. If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. If winner lives within 150 miles of Napa Valley, California ground transportation may be provided instead of air transportation. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, baggage fees, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be 21 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Approximate retail value of the prize is Four Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($4,300).

 One (1) “Las Vegas Prize” will be awarded. The Las Vegas Prize winner will receive a 3‐night/4‐day trip for winner and one guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip includes round‐trip air transportation to/from gateway airport nearest winner’s home to Las Vegas, Nevada, hotel accommodations at the new Rush Tower in the Golden Nugget (single room suite/double occupancy) for three nights, two (2) tickets to see Gordie Brown or the Country Superstars Tribute, and one (1) dinner for two people at Chart House – Las Vegas location not to exceed one hundred twenty dollars ($120) (gratuity is not included). Winner must make arrangements for travel within eight (8) weeks of notification that s/he is the selected winner and travel must occur at least 30 days after being booked. Winner must commence the trip no later than September 1, 2012. If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited.
