Prize: One (1) Disney Cruise Line® vacation for four (4) persons to be taken aboard the Disney Fantasy™ ship (the “Ship”) . The Disney Cruise Line® vacation shall consist of the following:

 a. Four (4) round-trip coach airfares between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport.

 b. Ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral.

 c. Three (3) night cruise for four (4) persons to be taken aboard the Ship on March 26 – 29, 2012 that includes the following:

 (i) One (1) Stateroom. Maximum occupancy four (4) people.

 (ii) All meals onboard the Ship (except for meals at Palo and Remy).

 (iii) Government Taxes and Fees (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line® web site).

 (iv) Onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server.

 Note: Items that are not included as part of the vacation are:

 Shore excursions
 Travel insurance
 Laundry service
 Spa treatments
 Alcoholic beverages
 Flounder’s Reef Nursery charges
 Local and long distance telephone calls
 Ship to shore communications including internet
 Merchandise and souvenirs
 Additional tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above
 Transportation between winner’s residence and the departure airport
 All other costs and expenses not otherwise described above

 The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $4,472.68 plus tax
 Vacation must be taken on March 26 – 29, 2012.
