Judging: Submissions will be judged by representatives of Administrator (“Judges”) based on the judging criteria specified herein. There will be up to ten (10) Winners selected from the applicable Eligible Submissions during each Entry Period, each (“Winner” and collectively “Winners”). The Submissions will be judged on the following criteria: (i) originality/creativity (40%); (ii) inspirational appeal (40%); and (iii) appeal to LGBTQ community (20%).

open to persons legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at time of entry.

one (1) submission into Contest for the applicable Entry Period.

Prizes: The Winners (hereinafter defined) will each receive a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”), to Los Angeles, California (”Destination”) to attend the Live Proud Private Event with Adam Lambert taking place at TBD Location (“Event”), currently scheduled to take place on July 3, 2013, but subject to change. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,000; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $900; (iii) two (2) tickets to Event, with an ARV of $500; and (iv) transportation to and from event for Winner and Guest, with an ARV of $100 (v) (vi) Meet and Greet with Adam Lambert for Winner and Guest. The total ARV of each Prize is $3,500. The total ARV of all of the Prizes is up to $35,000.
