One (1) “Entry Period 1” Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for Winner and Winner’s one (1)
guest to Mexico City, Mexico to attend the Miami HEAT away game on December 17, 2022 at the Arena
CDMX (“Game”). Travel dates: December 16, 2022 – December 18, 2022. Trip consists of round-trip
coach air transportation (from a major airport servicing American Airlines flights nearest Winner’s home
(“Home Airport”)) and ground transfers (as determined by Miami Heat, in their sole discretion) in Mexico
for Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest; standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room)
for two (2) nights; and two (2) tickets to the Game. Winner and Winner’s guest must have all necessary
identification and/or travel documents (e.g. passport) required for international travel. Winner and guest
must possess a passport valid for at least six (6) months on date of travel and will be required to
submit a copy of their valid passports to Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative at the time travel
arrangements are being made and no later than December 5, 2022. All passport and government fees
(including any rush fees) are solely the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. Neither Sponsor nor
the Miami Heat are responsible if the Game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the
Miami Heat will not replace, exchange, or accept any returns relating to the Prize (or any portion thereof).
The Prize does not include any expenses, incidentals, or any other costs not expressly stated herein,
including without limitation, any expenses or costs associated with travel to and from the Winner’s Home
Airport or parking, or food and beverage. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000.00. Actual value will
depend on city/date/time of departure.
Two (2) “Entry Period 2” Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of two (2) courtside tickets to attend
the Miami HEAT home game at FTX Arena on February 13, 2023, a custom jersey, watch pre-game
warmups, be the Honorary Captain of the Game, and enjoy up to $100 dinner per person in the American
Airlines South Lounge at FTX Arena. Sponsor, the Miami Heat and FTX Arena are not responsible if the
game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, or for issues arising from the operation and
management of the game or FTX Arena activities, and will not replace, exchange, or accept any returns
relating to the Prize (or any portion thereof). Transportation to and from FTX Arena, including travel
to Miami, Florida if Winner resides outside of the Miami area, accommodations, parking, food and
beverage, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely Winner’s responsibility. ARV:
$3,320.00 each.
Fifteen (15) “Entry Period 3” Prizes will be awarded. Each Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest will
receive an opportunity to participate in a Miami HEAT Court of Dreams experience on March 6, 2023 (an
opportunity to play on the basketball court) for one-hour at FTX Arena (the “Experience”) and each
receive a Miami HEAT City Edition jersey. Exact nature, time and duration of the experience shall be
determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and Miami Heat and subject to availability. Participants will
be required to execute a binding waiver and release prior to participation in the Experience. Sponsor, the
Miami Heat and FTX Arena are not responsible if the Experience is delayed, postponed or cancelled for
any reason, or for issues arising from the operation and management of the Experience or FTX Arena
activities, and will not replace, exchange, or accept any returns relating to the Prize (or any portion
thereof). Transportation to and from FTX Arena, including travel to Miami, Florida if Winner
resides outside of the Miami area, accommodations, parking, food and beverage, and all other
expenses not specified herein are solely Winner’s responsibility. ARV: $150.00 each.

One (1) “Entry Period 4” Prize will be awarded, each consisting of two (2) tickets to attend the Miami
HEAT home game at FTX Arena on March 25, 2023. Winner and his or her guest will have the
opportunity to participate in a pre-game on-court presentation (i.e. Honorary Captain and Game Ball
Presenter) with a Miami HEAT Player (subject to availability) and will be featured on the center-hung
scoreboard. Sponsor, the Miami Heat and FTX Arena are not responsible if the game is delayed,
postponed or cancelled for any reason, or for issues arising from the operation and management of the
game or FTX Arena activities, and will not replace, exchange, or accept any returns relating to the Prize
(or any portion thereof). Transportation to and from FTX Arena, including travel to Miami, Florida if
Winner resides outside of the Miami area, accommodations, parking, food and beverage, and all
other expenses not specified herein are solely Winner’s responsibility. ARV: $1,000.00.
