The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at time of entry and at all other times during the Sweepstakes, are: (a) permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia(excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories); (b) age thirteen (13) years or older; and (c) do not have a criminal record or act (or have previously acted) in a manner that may or will bring the Sponsor into disrepute, in Sponsor’s sole judgment.
Limit: one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes Period
On or about August 2, 2021, up to five (5) finalists (each a “Finalist”) will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsor from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Finalist will receive a Finalist Prize, described below, and advance to Round 2: Grand Prize Winner Selection, subject to verification of eligibility.
On or about August 5, 2021, one (1) potential grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing
Each Finalist Prize will consist of the following: One (1) Wolf merchandise pack, including a branded hat, hoodie, mask, and pin.
The Grand Prize will consist of the following: A signed script from an episode of “Chicago Fire” and the opportunity to have a character on “Chicago Fire” named using the Winner’s name (as provided in the Winner’s Statement), subject to production exigencies and satisfactory completion of all legal requirements (as determined by Sweepstakes Entities), as well as a Wolf merchandise pack, including a branded hat, hoodie, mask, and pin.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
Total ERV of all Prizes is seven hundred fifty dollars ($750).
