PRIZE: One (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. The Winner will receive the Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following trip prize options for the Winner and up to one (1) guest (the “Guest”):
Prize 1: Prize 1 will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Orlando, Florida (“UO Trip”). UO Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsor’s and/or Universal Orlando’s sole discretion)* to a major airport located in Orlando, Florida; (b) four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (as selected in Sponsor’s and/or Universal Orlando’s sole discretion) for Winner and Guest at Universal’s Terra Luna Resort; (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guest in Orlando Florida* between the airport and hotel; and (d) two (2) 4-Day Park-to-Park Tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Epic Universe theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park; and one (1) night general admission to Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Event for Winner and up to one (1) Guest.
* For a winner who is a Florida resident and selects the UO Prize, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion.
Prize 2: Prize 2 will consist of a trip for Winner and one Guest to Los Angeles, California (“USH Trip”). USH Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsor’s and/or Universal Studios Hollywood’s sole discretion)* to a major airport located in Los Angeles, California**; (b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (as selected in Sponsor’s and/or Universal Studios Hollywood’s sole discretion) for Winner and Guest at Sheraton Hotel; (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guest in Los Angeles, California** between the airport and hotel; and (d) two (2) two (2) days general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to one (1) Guest; and one (1) night general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights Event for Winner and up to one (1) Guest.
** For a winner who is a California resident and selects the USH Prize, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion.
The UO Trip and the USH Trip are each referred to herein as a “Trip” and, collectively, as the “Trips.” Unless the context otherwise requires, references to a “Trip” shall include the “Trips,” and references to the “Trips” shall include either individual Trip, as applicable.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is as follows: ERV of Prize 1 is three thousand eighty-one hundred and 54/100 dollars ($3,081.54); and ERV of Prize 2 is two thousand eight hundred forty and 00/100 dollars ($2,840.00). Total ERV of all Prizes is five thousand nine hundred twenty-one and 54/100 dollars ($5,921.54).
