Daily Prizes will be awarded as follows:
1) Between October 17, 2011 and October 23, 2011 (“Week One”) twenty (20) selected Daily Prize Winners per day will be awarded a Skinnygirl® Cocktails insulated bottle bag (Approximate retail value (“ARV”) each: $5; Total Week One Prize Package ARV: $700)
2) Between October 24, 2011 and October 30, 2011 (“Week Two”) fifteen (15) selected Daily Prize Winners per day will be awarded a Skinnygirl® Cocktails martini glass set (ARV each: $20; Total Week Two Prize Package ARV: $2,100)
3) Between October 31, 2011 and November 6, 2011 (“Week Three”) ten (10) selected Daily Prize Winners per day will be awarded a Skinnygirl® Cocktails tote bag (ARV each: $30; Total Week Three Prize Package ARV: $2,100)
4) Between November 7, 2011 and November 13, 2011 (“Week Four”) five (5) selected Daily Prize Winners per day will be awarded a Skinnygirl® Cocktails track jacket (ARV each: $60; Total Week Four Prize Package ARV: $2,100).
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Aspen, Colorado. Trip includes:
• round-trip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest major airport nearest the winner’s home (as determined by sponsor), to Aspen County Airport
• one (1) double-occupancy room for two (2) nights’ accommodations in Aspen, Colorado
• ground transportation between airport and hotel
• two (2) $500 American Express® gift cards
Additional meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility; winner and guest must travel together and must depart from and return to the same airport; the trip must be taken on certain specified dates, November 30 – December 2, 2011. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability and any other restrictions that the carrier/hotel/rental car company may impose; if winner is unable to complete trip on the dates specified, and/or is unable to attend all promotional events scheduled to take place during the trip, the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting, in a random drawing from among all remaining entries. Travel companion designated by selected winner must be 21 years of age or older; travel reservations must be completed a minimum of 14 days prior to trip departure date; once completed, reservations may not be changed at request of winner. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any documents or identification needed for travel, including, if applicable, passports. If winner resides within one-hundred miles of Aspen, CO, s/he will receive use of a rental car (subject to all applicable terms and conditions) in lieu of air transportation. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees, to maintain his/her behavior in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices while participating in any sweepstakes activity, including participation in or use of the prize.
