Papa John’s “Epic Stuffs” Sweepstakes

Entry Requirements: During the Promotion Period, take the following actions to receive one (1)
Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) Sweepstakes
entry into the Grand Prize Entry Period drawing:

(1) Follow @papajohns on TikTok/Twitter/Instagram;
(3) tweet/post a video of yourself “doing epic stuff,” such as a dunk shot, block, throwing a piece
of paper into the trashcan from afar, and include the hashtags #epicstuffs and #sweepstakes in
the initial Tweet/caption (if you enter on TikTok, you may use the Music Clip†);
(3) Your account settings must remain public during the Promotion Period and until the prizes are
awarded (as described in Section 6);
(4) You must not change your TikTok, Instagram or Twitter handle during the Promotion Period
and until the prizes are awarded (as described in Section 6); and
(5) Video must be no longer than thirty (30) seconds.

You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive one (1) “Stuffed” chair. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of
chair: $32,500.00. TAX GROSS UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also provide winner a single cash payment
in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax
obligations related to the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be
$7,500.00. The Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed
the Tax Gross-Up Payment. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable
federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. Total ARV of Grand Prize:
$40,000.00. Sponsor will not provide any further assistance toward the winner’s tax obligations.

NINE (9) WEEKLY FIRST PRIZES (three (3) prizes awarded for each Weekly Entry Period): Each winner
will receive one (1) $50.00 Papa John’s International, Inc. gift card, terms and conditions apply. ARV:
$50.00.

SIX (6) WEEKLY SECOND PRIZES (two (2) prizes awarded for each Weekly Entry Period): Each winner
will receive one (1) Papa John’s International, Inc. branded sleeping bag. ARV: $55.00

Limit: one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Weekly First or Second Prize per
person.

Total ARV of all prizes: $40,780.00.
