Prizes/Odds of Winning: This sweepstakes will award one (1) grand prize, one (1) first prize, one (1) second prize and forty five (45) third prizes. Grand Prize: The grand prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA for three (3) days and two (2) nights. The grand prize trip components include: [1] roundtrip first class air transportation for the grand prize winner and his/her guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion) to Hollywood, CA, [2] four-star luxury resort hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (single room, double occupancy), [3] roundtrip limousine ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel in Hollywood, CA, [4] a $5,000 shopping spree awarded in the form of a check to the grand prize winner; [5] dinner for grand prize winner and guest at a restaurant not to exceed $500 (alcohol not included) including roundtrip ground transportation; and [6] a one (1) hour massage (location to be determined in Sponsors’ solediscretion) for grand prize winner and guest including roundtrip ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of grand prize: Twelve Thousand U.S. Dollars ($12,000). The ARV may vary depending upon whether grand prize winner takes the allotted guest and additional compensation will not be provided if value of grand prize is less than the stated ARV. Air transportation provided only if grand prize winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from Hollywood, CA. Grand prize trip must be completed within one (1) year of winner verification. Grand prize trip is subject to hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and all other prize and travel restrictions. Once determined, no change, extension or substitution of travel dates is permitted, except by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Once the details of the grand prize trip have been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of the details are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. Grand prize winner and guest must take air travel on same travel itinerary.Sponsors reserve the right to award the grand prize trip “as is” and to structure travel route in its sole discretion. If grand prize winner is a Minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted guest. If a guest is a Minor,he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the winner or the allotted guest. If grand prize winner chooses to take more guests than allotted in the prize description, Sponsors are not responsible for arranging or booking such additional arrangements. Grand prize winner is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not specifically mentioned as being included, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities, baggage fees and phone calls. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for providing all necessary identification documents and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Failure to provide such documents may result in grand prize trip cancellation upon airport check-in. Grand prize winner or his/her guest must have/present at least one (1) major credit card in good standing in order to check into hotel. If grand prize winner elects to travel or partake in any activity, if applicable, with fewer than the one (1) allotted guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. The grand prize trip restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit/Release (defined below) and/or grand prize winner’s travel documents. First Prize: The first prize consists of: [1] one (1) fifty inch (50”) Smart TV television (make and model to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion), [2] one (1) home theater system (make and model to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion), and [3] Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000) awarded in the form of a check made out to the first prize winner. ARV of the first prize: Four Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($4,500). Second Prize: The second prize consists of: [1] one (1) iPad® mini loaded with NUVOtv content (actual content to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion), and [2] One ThousandU.S. Dollars ($1,000) awarded in the form of a check made out to the second prize winner. ARV of the second prize Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000). Third Prizes: A total of forty five(45) third prizes (one [1] per winner) will be randomly awarded and consists of one (1) of the following items per winner: [1] ten (10) digital/HD cameras (make and model to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) each valued at Two Hundred U.S. Dollars ($200), [2] ten (10) watches (make and model to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion) each valued at One Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($150), [3] fifteen (15) gift cards (actual gift card to be determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion) each valued at One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100), and [4] ten (10) iPod® Nanos loaded with NUVOtv content (actual content to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) each valued at One Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($150). ARV of all Third Prizes: Six Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($6,500 [includes tax]). Total ARV of all prizes: Twenty Five Thousand U.S. Dollars ($25,000).
