McFarlane Toys’ NBA All Star Sweepstakes
Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night night trip for winner and one guest to attend the 2009 NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix, Arizona, February 15th, 2009 consisting of roundtrip air travel on Southwest Airlines from closest major airport to winner’s residence served by Southwest Airlines on published scheduled service (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply) for winner and guest to Phoenix, AZ; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), two tickets to the 2009 NBA All Star Game, and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,300). Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner’s city of departure. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate Grand Prize winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If the designated All Star Game or any other prize-related activity is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Administrator will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator’s agent and on a carrier of Administrator’s choice. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Minor guest (if any) must be the child or legal ward of the winner. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner’s companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Administrator and/or Sponsor as applicable. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event of a legal game, as defined by the National Basketball Association, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other disturbance or any other reason. Administrator and the applicable NBA Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or event. The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any National Basketball game(s) or event(s).
