Prize: (1 winner) Trip for to to Maui, HI. The Maui Trip Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare for two people from the major metropolitan airport closest to the winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor) to Kahului, Maui Island, HI, 5-nights standard hotel accommodation (based on double occupancy) at the Sheraton Maui Resort Kaanapali and the use of a mid-size rental car for the duration of the stay, one spa treatment for each of two people at the Sheraton Maui Spa at Black Rock, a marlin fishing cruise aboard the “Maui Jim”, eighteen (18) holes of golf at Kapalua and surf lessons for two people and a custom fitting and Maui Jim sunglasses for two people at the Maui Jim World Headquarters in Lanai. The trip prize does not include ground transportation to/from the departure airport nearest the winner’s home, meals, tips, gratuities, accident, baggage or trip cancellation insurance, or personal expenses such as laundry and phone calls. The trip prize must be booked a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance of travel and travel must be completed by December 31, 2011. Travel blackout periods and restrictions apply. Winner and traveling companion must travel on the same itinerary and winner’s traveling companion must be 18 years of age or older. Winner or his/her traveling companion must be a licensed insured driver 25 years of age or older to make use of the rental car portion of the Maui Trip Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Maui Trip Prize (including accommodations and/or any activity) with an item of comparable or greater value.
