Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from major airport nearest winner’s U.S. residence to Rio de Janeiro-Galeão and 3-nights’ stay (standard room, double occupancy) with continental breakfasts for Winner and guest in hotel selected by Sponsor. All taxes, service charges and gratuities at hotel are included. All other costs and incidentals, including but not limited to, phone calls, alcoholic beverages, entertainment, ground transportation and merchandise are responsibility of Winner and guest.
Travel must be completed within one year of prize being awarded. Travel is subject to availability, holiday/blackout, and other trip conditions and restrictions. No extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Tickets are non-transferable. Reservations must be made at least eight (8) weeks in advance of travel dates. Once trip dates/times have been determined, no change or substitution of trip dates/times is permitted. Winner and guest must take trip on such dates/times or prize will be forfeited. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Valid passport and any other required travel documents are sole responsibility of winner and guest.
Winner may not transfer, exchange or redeem any prize for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All local, state and federal taxes on prizes, and other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not explicitly stated herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of individual winners Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4000.
