submit an essay of 250 words or less in English answering either a) How do you (as a Mom) make the best choices for your family? or b) if you are not a Mom, how have you observed a Mom making the best choices for her family? After completing the essay click “Submit Entry.”

PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS OF WINNING: One Grand Prize: One winner will receive a four day, three night trip for winner and one guest to the 8th Annual Jif Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest, scheduled on or about Thursday, March 18 – Sunday, March 21, 2010 in New York City and a Jif gift basket. The Grand Prize Winner will serve as a judge for the Jif Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest. The Sponsor will provide round-trip coach airfare from major airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s U.S. residence and hotel accommodations for him/her and a guest. The Sponsor will also provide standard transportation to/from hotel to airport and to/from hotel to judging event. If the Grand Prize Winner lives within 100 miles of New York, New York, alternate transportation will be provided by the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $3,000.
