To enter, entrants must visit and participate in the Iron Man 3 Hall of Suits Facebook application on the Website. Entrants must (a) correctly answer a one (1) question quiz; and (b) complete the entry form for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each respective suit.
FREE ALTERNATE METHOD TO ENTER FOR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: To enter the sweepstakes through the alternate method, send your name to im3suitsweeps@thainteractive.com with the Subject Line “Iron Man 3 Armor Unlock Suit1 and Suit 2 Sweepstakes” by March 25, 2013 at 11:59 PM EST. You will be entered into the Sweepstakes two (2) times during the Entry Period, concluding on 11:59 PM EST, March 25, 2013.
REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD(S) OF ENTRY, ONLY TWO (2) ENTRIES PER PERSON/PER EMAIL ACCOUNT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
One (1) prospective winner will be selected in a random drawing during the Entry period. Random drawing will be conducted on/about March 28, 2013 by representatives of the Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are and shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The prospective prize winner will be notified as follows: He/she will be notified within three (3) days of the drawing via email (or such other method as determined by Sponsor) based on contact information provided when entering the Sweepstakes. Such prospective winner will be required to respond to this notification, as directed, within two (2) days, verifying eligibility and providing his or her first and last name, date of birth, daytime telephone number, a valid mailing address (no post office boxes accepted), or his or her prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prospective winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release, a Travel Companion Release, and all tax forms or such other documentation requested by Sponsor in order to claim their prize.
One (1) Grand Prize: The winner will receive the following trip for two (2) to the greater Los Angeles, California, area consisting of:
(i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for two (2) from the major continental U.S. airport closest to winner’s home), as determined by Sponsor,
(ii) access to attend the premiere of Iron Man 3 tentatively scheduled to occur on April 24, 2013 (which date may be changed in Sponsor’s sole discretion),
(iii) a four (4) days, three (3) nights stay at a hotel (double occupancy on an if used basis) as selected by Sponsor,
(iv) two (2) Disneyland Resort 1 Day Park Hopper, and
(v) a gift card in the amount of $100.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $2,400.00. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any Airport of Origin, activities and ground transportation not expressly included in the Trip, food, beverages, excess luggage fees, gratuities, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs, spa services, telephone calls and some additional taxes which are not expressly included in the Trip. Winner must book the Trip by April 17, 2013 and take Trip on April 23, 2013 or such other date as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion or Trip will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion.
