Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission during the Submission/Sweepstakes Phase.

Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the ten (10) entrants with the highest-scoring Submissions (the “Finalists”) from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
 Accurate Use of GoPayment Product (25%);
 Fit to Contest Theme (25%);
 Creativity/Originality (25%); and
 Quality of Video (25%).
Prizes:
a. Contest: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: $10,000.
b. Sweepstakes: FOUR (4) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: $1,000. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Submission/Sweepstakes Phase. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes prize per person.
