PRIZES:
Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 6-day /5-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to San Diego, CA (the “Trip”) from July 21 – 26, 2010 to attend San Diego Comic Con. The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest winner’s residence; (b.) five (5) nights hotel accommodations for winner and guest (one standard room, room & tax only); (c.) round trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in San Diego; (d.) two (2) 4-day passes to attend San Diego Comic Con 2010; (e.) $600 (U.S.) spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,900.

First Prize (3) Three (3) First Prize winners will each receive: three (3) Capcom video games, to be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Prize Provider. ARV of each First Prize: $180.
