Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for the winner and three guests to attend the 2011 NBA All-Star Game. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and three guests from a major airport nearest winner’s home in the United States to Los Angeles, California, two standard hotel room accommodations (double-occupancy) for 2-nights/3-days; four VIP NBA All-Star 2011 ticket packages (includes four tickets to attend the 2011 NBA All-Star Game, four tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Saturday Night and four tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Jam Session), $1,200 in spending money (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer to winner), one HP Product Prize package valued at $2,000, one $2,500 Office Depot gift card and ground transportation to/from the destination airport and hotel. Winner and guests must travel from the same departure location and must travel on the same itinerary. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Actual retail value of the prize will vary depending on the winner’s residence and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of components (e.g., air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons, and actual retail value at time of actual prize award may be different than ARV stated herein due to such conditions. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. First Prize: (1 winner) Tickets for a suite for one regular-season night at the NBA team arena nearest winner’s residence. The total number of tickets (guests) will vary depending on winner’s location. Prize also includes a chartered bus for winner and his or her guests to/from winner’s residence to the arena and a “standard suite” food and beverage package provided in the suite for winner and guests. Package includes various beverages and food items. All other costs not specified herein, including but not limited to food and beverages outside the suite, gratuities, and transportation other than the chartered bus, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Exact suite location and travel arrangements are subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion.
