One (1) Grand Prize of a cruise for winner and three guests to the Western Caribbean. Grand Prize includes:
• round trip coach class air transportation for winner and three guests from a major commercial airport near winner’s home in the U.S. to Miami, Florida,
• transportation to and from airports;
• four (4) tickets on Carnival Cruise Line out of Miami FL for 8 days/7 nights. ARV, $7,400.00.
In lieu of Grand Prize, winner may select in writing to receive a cash prize alternative of $7,400.00, payable in the form of a check to the winner.
Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Selection of airline and voyage are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. All meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental charges and any other travel related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Trip must be completed by November 30, 2011, and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including without limitation blackout dates. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to cruise activities, and all other prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. passport) required for travel. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Cruise is subject to the terms and conditions of the Carnival Cruise Line passage contract. Winner and guest must meet Carnival Cruise Line’s then current eligibility requirements in order to book passage. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Carnival Cruise Line reserves the right to refuse to embark winner or cruise guests, at any time if, in the sole opinion of Carnival Cruise Line, winner or cruise guests, or any minor or other person in winner or cruise guest’s care during the cruise, are unfit for any reason for the cruise. Grand Prize winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Airline tickets/cruise tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Miami, FL, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, cruise ship carriers, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of notification. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, cruise line tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.
One (1) Daily prize will be awarded randomly from among all entries received each day between 12:01 CDT a.m. Monday, April 25 to 11:59 CDT p.m. Saturday, May 7. Daily drawings will take place at approximately 1:00 p.m. CDT on the day after each eligible day of the promotion. Drawings will take place on or about April 26. 27, 28, 29, 30 and May 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, 2011. Daily Prizes are as follows, awarded in random order at Sponsor’s sole discretion:

Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or about May 10, 2011. Winners of the Grand or Daily prizes will be contacted by phone or email using the contact information provided during entry. If unable to contact a Grand or Daily Prize winner within three (3) days from first attempt, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Total ARV of all prizes: $11,780.00
