uring the Grand Prize Entry Period and the Bonus Baller Prize Entry Period, entrants will need to open the free Groupon mobile app and click on the link to enter the “Party Like a Player” Sweepstakes. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the registration form to receive one (1) entry (a “Registration Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. If entrants have not already downloaded the Groupon mobile app, they can do so for free by going to https://www.groupon.com/mobile and following the prompts or by using the applicable app store for their mobile device.
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of a “Party Like a Player” event for the Grand Prize Winner and up to fifteen (15) guests (minimum eight (8) guests) in Massachusetts at the Gronkowski residence on February 13, 2022 (Rob Gronkowski will not be in attendance at the event). The event includes round-trip economy class air transportation for Winner and guests from a major airport near the Winner’s or guests’ respective residences in the fifty (50) United States to the destination city (airports shall be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor); two (2) nights/three (3) days standard hotel accommodations (up to eight (8) rooms/double occupancy) for Winner and guests in the destination city (nights of February 12, 2022 and February 13, 2022); a meal credit (in a form of a $150 Visa® gift card) for the Winner and each of the guests for dinner on February 12, 2022 and breakfast on February 13, 2022 and February 14, 2022; transportation to and from the hotel and airport; transportation to and from the hotel to the event destination; a private event hosted at the residence of Rob Gronkowski on February 13, 2022; and a check, made payable to the Winner, in the amount of 25% of the calculated ARV, to be used, at the Winner’s discretion, to help defray the cost of taxes. If Winner is unable to travel on the dates designated by the Sponsor, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Winner and guest will be subject to CDC and travel requirements at time of booking and travel. Winner and guest will be subject to a Background Check as described in Section 6 below.

• The date for a 2022 experience must be picked within four (4) weeks after Winner is verified. The date for a 2023 experience must be picked by September 30, 2022. Valid for a regularly scheduled U.S. Globetrotters game between March 1, 2022 and July 1, 2023. 2023 schedule will not be available for review of games until August of 2022. Experience does NOT include transportation to and from the experience. Winner and guests will be subject to CDC requirements at time of the experience. • Valid Dates of Travel: July 15, 2022 through July 17, 2022. • Effective January 15, 2022, all guests will be required to show proof of vaccination to be allowed entry to TD Garden in Boston, MA. Proof of negative COVID-19 tests will no longer be accepted for entry. The City of Boston Mask Mandate will continue to be in effect, “requiring all guests two (2) years old and over to wear a mask while indoors, unless actively eating or drinking.” Please note, COVID policies may change at any time based on local mandates. All members of your party agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event which may, or may not, include (without limitation) the following: wearing masks; providing proof of negative COVID-19 test (24 hours before the event) prior to entering the venue; AND/OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least 14 days after final dose) and providing proof of COVID-19 immunization. One (1) Blue Man Group Experience: One (1) winner and up to fifteen (15) guests will get a Blue Man Group experience, in the winner’s choice of New York City, NY or Chicago, IL. The experience will include up to sixteen (16) Premium Seats; up to sixteen (16) Swag Bags; one (1) Second Sign welcoming the winner and guests; and a $500 check, made payable to the Winner, to be used, at the Winner’s discretion, to help defray the cost of taxes. In Chicago, the experience will also include a Talk-Back session (once Blue Men are out of make-up a Blue Man, a Band Member, and a Stage Manager talk a bit about the show and field questions for about 30-45min at the close of the show).
