SKILL CRITERIA: For Video (Create Your Ending) Grand Prize and Weekly Prizes, and for Non-Video (Suggest Your Ending) Weekly Prizes: Creativity & Originality (40%), Entertainment Value (40%) and Relevance to Commercial (20%) (Together, the “Score). For Non-Video Amazingly Amazing Prizes: Entertainment Value (100%).

Non-Video Entries – During the Contest Period, submit your original idea using one of the following methods (there are a total of seven (7) Non-video methods of entry). Your idea must meet ALL entry requirements set forth below to be eligible.

 I. Visit either of the Web Sites, click on the Contest link and enter in one of the following three ways:
 a. Follow the online instructions to submit your idea, in 50 words or less, in the spaces provided and complete the online entry form, including the name of your idea, your full name, email address and phone number.

 b. Click on the FAX button to download and print the entry form, then complete the entry form, including your idea in 50 words or less and fax it to the number indicated on the form.

 c. Click on the MAIL button to download and print the entry form, then complete the entry form, including your idea in 50 words or less, and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Fancy Bear, C/O FCS, PO Box 7838, Melville, NY 11775-7838. Entries must be post-marked by the end dates listed in the chart in #5 below for each weekly entry period and received by 5 business days later to be eligible for that weekly entry period and subsequent entry periods.
 II. Call 1-855-FancyBear (1-855-326-2923) and follow Fancy Bear’s instructions to leave your idea in 50 words or less, the name of your idea, your full name, email address and phone number on his answering machine.

 III. Using your cellular phone or a two-way text-messaging device (collectively, the “Device”), text keyword BEEF to 63784 and follow the three (3) steps in Sponsor’s reply text to complete your entry by providing your idea, title & email address. Entrants will be charged according to their carrier’s standard message and data rates, for four (4) outgoing messages, and entrants should contact their carrier for pricing plans and details. Text message ideas are limited to 160 characters each.

 IV. Tweet @creditscore and your idea, in 140 characters or less, using the hashtag #bestcommercial, then follow the link tweeted back to you to complete the online entry form. Only public tweets will receive a response (you must uncheck “protect my tweets” under account settings to make your tweets public). Including #bestcommercial in a tweet on Twitter during the Contest Period constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules and permission for use of your tweet in Sponsor advertising. If you do not have a Twitter account, and you would like to create one for free, visit www.Twitter.com. To comply with Twitter’s guidelines, (1) duplicate entries made by any entrant using multiple Twitter accounts will be ineligible; and (2) entrants must follow all applicable Twitter rules.

 V. Email your idea, in 50 words or less, to bret@betaslidercontest.com, and then follow the link emailed back to you to complete the online entry form.

 You may not enter the same idea for an ending via multiple entry methods. You may enter multiple ideas for different endings using any entry method.

 Five hundred (500) Giveaway Prizes: One (1) Fancy Bear T-Shirt (ARV $9.99 each). Total ARV of all Giveaway Prizes: $4,995.

 JUDGING: All qualified and approved Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges, appointed by Sponsor, skilled in assessing creativity and originality of advertising, entertainment value, and relevance to Sponsor’s commercial, based on the following judging criteria:

 Video Entries – The video entry with the highest overall Score (as defined in #3) each weekly entry period will be deemed the potential weekly prize winner subject to winner notification. The video entry with the highest overall Score at the end of the Contest Period will be deemed the potential Grand Prize Winner subject to winner notification. In the event of a tie, tied Entries will be re-judged by Sponsor, based solely on Creativity & Originality.

 Non-video Entries (Weekly Prizes) – The non-video entry with the highest overall Score each weekly entry period will be deemed the potential weekly prize winner subject to winner notification. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be re-judged by Sponsor, based solely on Creativity & Originality.

 Non-video Entries (Amazingly Amazing Prizes) – During the Contest Period at Sponsor-selected times, one (1) non-video entry from each of the seven (7) Non-Video entry methods (excluding entries submitted at freecreditscore.com, which are not eligible for the Amazingly Amazing Prizes) will be deemed the potential Amazingly Amazing Prize winner for that non-video entry method, based solely on Entertainment Value (100%), subject to winner notification.

 Decisions of Judges/Contest Administrator/Sponsor are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest.

 11. CONTEST PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): ALL PRIZES LISTED HEREIN ARE AWARDED BASED ON JUDGING OF THE SKILL CRITERIA OUTLINED IN #3 AND #10 ABOVE.

 Video Entries: One (1) Grand Prize (awarded from video entries only): $25,000, awarded as a check, and a 6 month membership to FreeCreditScore.com (ARV $25,089.94). Six (6) Weekly Prizes: $2,000 each, awarded as a check, and a 6 month membership to FreeCreditScore.com (ARV $2,089.94 each).

 Non-video Entries: Six (6) Weekly Prizes: $2,000 each, awarded as a check, and a 6 month membership to FreeCreditScore.com (ARV $2,089.94 each).
