Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of (a) two (2) roundtrip coach airline tickets to Memphis; (b) five (5) nights hotel accommodations in Memphis; (c) evening tour of Elvis Presley’s Graceland; (d) tour of the Graceland Archives; (e) two (2) vip tickets to the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest on August 12 & 13; (f) two (2) tickets to the Official Elvis Insiders Elvis Week event on August 13; (g) two (2) tickets to session 1 and session 2 of Conversations on Elvis on August 14; (h) two (2) VIP tickets to the Elvis Week Screening of Elvis on Tour on August 14; (i) meet ‘n’ greet prior to Elvis on Tour screening with former members of The Stamps Quartet; (j) two (2) tickets to the Classic Sunday Morning Gospel Singin’; (k) two (2) tickets to the Elvis Week Finale Concert (l) Elvis 75th Anniversary DVD Collection; (m) Elvis On Stage CD; (n) two (2) roundtrip coach airline tickets to Las Vegas; (o) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Las Vegas at ARIA Resort & Casino; (p) two (2) tickets to Viva ELVIS; and (q) ARIA spa facility passes. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including without limitation, ground transportation, meals, airline seat upgrade fees, airline flight change fees, airline checked baggage fees, additional hotel amenities, fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner and traveling companion. Travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply. If grand prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified for Elvis Week, the selected grand prize winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected. Both trips must be completed by December 31, 2010. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any portion of the advertised prize becomes unavailable. In no event shall more than the number of stated prizes be awarded. All prizes will be awarded. Any un-used elements of the Grand Prize will be forfeited, will not be redeemable for cash and may not reduce the prize value awarded for tax purposes. All federal, state, local and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Actual retail value of prize depends upon location of winner and fares at time of departure, among other things. Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of Grand Prize. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $4,276.
Ten (10) second prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Elvis 75th Anniversary DVD Collection and one (1) Elvis On Stage CD (ARV of Second Prize: $91.41 each)
Thirty (30) third prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) year membership to The Elvis Insiders Fan Club and one (1) Elvis on Tour DVD. (ARV: $39.95 each)
