CMT – Trace Adkins Flippin’ Fishin’ Sweepstakes

Grand Prize:
 The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for 4 for the Grand Prize Winner and 3 guests to Flippin, AR between August 1, 2011 and July 12, 2012 consisting of:
 (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests which shall originate from a major metropolitan U.S. gateway airport to Little Rock National Airport
 (ii) 3 nights stay at the private Whitebrook Estate in Flippin, Arkansas which shall include a stocked kitchen, and shall be a minimum 2 rooms
 (iii) airport/housing transfers, accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guests during the Whitebrook Trip;
 (iv) tour of the Ranger Boats facility; (v) tour of the Forrest L. Wood Outdoor Sport’s Gallery;
 (v) lunch for four (4) with Forrest L. Wood, founder of Ranger Boats;
 (vi) dinner for four (4) at the 178 Club Restaurant;
 (vii) one (1) day of fishing with an FLW Pro Angler on Bull Shoals Lake; and
 (viii) one (1) day of fishing with a Professional Guide on the White River (all of the foregoing collectively defined herein as the “Whitebrook Trip”);

 (i) One (1) Trace Adkins autographed guitar;
 (ii) One (1) Trace Adkins Show Dog-Universal album;
 (iii) Four (4) tickets and four (4) Meet and Greet passes to a Trace Adkins’ concert, of winner’s choice, (air transportation and ground transportation not provided) (the Whitebrook Trip together with these three items, collectively, referred to herein as the “Grand Prize” or “Grand Prizes”)

 Grand Prize Winner Selection/Notification: One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected on or about July 18, 2011 from among all of the Eligible Entries received. MTVN will make up to two (2) attempts over the 48 hour period following the Grand Prize Winner’s selection to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner via the telephone number(s) provided on his/her entry form. If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached during the 48 hour period in which he/she is called (no messages will be left on answering machines or voicemail systems) the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received, if time permits.
