PRIZES AND ODDS: The following “Grand Prize” will be awarded to the confirmed Winner: a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest see recording artist LA ROUX perform at the Coachella Music And Arts Festival in Indio, California, on April 16th, 2010. If the concert is canceled for any reason, Winner will receive the trip portion of the prize (less ground transportation to and from concert) without additional compensation. The Grand Prize consists of:
•round-trip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near Winner’s residence (selected at the discretion of Interscope) to LAX, California,
• ground transportation (from arrival airport to TBD hotel), California to hotel, from hotel to concert; from concert to hotel, from hotel to departing airport in Palm Springs, California),
• hotel accommodations for two (2) guests (one room, standard double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel to be chosen by Interscope at Interscope’s discretion (hotel stay does not include room service, meals, alcoholic beverages or other incidental charges), • two three day passes to the Coachella Music And Arts Festival, including credentials for Winner and guest to meet LA ROUX band before or after the LA ROUX performance,
The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash equivalents, redemptions or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of the Sweepstakes Entities for a prize of equal or greater value. If a prize (or portion thereof) cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities, a substitute prize of comparable or greater retail value may be awarded at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. The Sweepstakes Entities will not be liable for or replace any lost or stolen prizes.
